Hopyard lore tells of a legendary Twine Cutter, an immensely powerful bine warrior, with cuts so quick and precise that the hops that fall are dried and baled before they hit the ground. The Twine Ninja cometh. This West-Coast style DIPA is dry, crisp and clean with bold notes of citrus, pine and tropical fruit from the copious, almost reckless, use of Mosaic, Michigan Chinook and Citra hops; 8.8% abv.
