At Station One by Shovel Town Brewery we are proud to offer our own line of distilled spirits and wine that are hand crafted with the same dedication and commitment to quality as our beer. All our spirits and wine are specially created using the highest quality ingredients to ensure outstanding taste and purity. We believe you’ll agree the care and craftsmanship shine through!
We have taken our food menu to the next level also. Head Chef Jamie Balderrama and Sous Chef Brian Davis are two industry professional with a passion for creating and presenting great food. Initially they will start with a limited menu which will expand as they gain experience in their new kitchen.
